Weekends are soooo hard!!

So this wekend we had a baby luau... there was sooo much food! I admit, I ate Kalua Pig, Poke, Opihi, Crab and poi... I stayed away from the dessert, but I still feel bad for cheating. Ceegee told me not too worry so much because the Dr. Shintani diet actually encourages you to eat hawaiian food as it is high in protien and low carbs! Well... heres to a new week.

I have not been feeling very well in the last day or 2 so the hot drinks and soups have been very good! I had:
Hot Cocoa at 8am
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal at 10:30am
Chicken Noodle Soup at 1:30pm
Hot Raspberry Tea at 3:30pm

Tonights dinner is: 7oz Grilled Salmon, 2 cups lettuce and MF Ranch Dressing...

I only have 3 more days to go before My hubby comes home and my goal is to lose another 5 pounds before then. 145/133/118

Here I Go!

Ok. Here I go... Im a mother of 3 wonderful children, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend. but for some reason I can never be just me! So, I've decided its about time I go and do something for myself.

Im going on a diet! after having my daughter I gained a lot of weight. 30 pounds to be exact, and I HATE IT! I want to be healthy, thin, beautiful, sexy! I want my husband to look at me and say wow!

Yeah... Im being a little dramatic, but come on... If a year and a half adds 30 pounds imagine 5 years from now. NO! I say No! I am taking a pre-emtive strike to fight back! I started Medifast 2 weeks ago and have so far lost 10 pounds. Yes, Im amazed, but I also know most of it was water weight. The real challenge will be to work out and build up some muscle. I know its hidden under all of the padding I have! So here it is! My first post... 145/135/118
